Hello friends! I really love different pastries and today I want to show you a recipe of tasty cinnamon rolls. This recipe is one of my favorites in making buns. The recipe is both simple and fast. There are no complex ingredients here.

Buns are very soft with a crispy sweet stuffing, which is very juicy inside the bun, and a fantastic smell of cinnamon will stay in your kitchen for a long time.
Recipe
Ingredients:
Milk - 120 ml
Sugar - 80 g
Dry yeast - 8 g
Butter - 80 g
Wheat Flour - 300 g
Salt - 1/4 tsp.
Egg yolk - 1 pc.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
Cinnamon - 4 tsp.
Preparation:
Mix yeast with milk and sugar (6 g) and let stand for 10 minutes. Then melt butter (30 g) and add egg yolk to it and whisk well. Pour milk with yeast into the mixture and add flour. Stir and knead the dough. Place the dough in a bowl and cover with a towel. The resultant dough, let stand in a warm place for 30 minutes, so that it rises and becomes lush. While the dough rises, make the filling. Melt the butter and mix it with the remaining sugar and cinnamon. Divide the dough into several equal parts. Roll out into a layer 1 cm thick. Fold the dough into a roll. Cut the roll along a little without cutting through. Twist the two halves of the roll. Then pierce the edges of the dough. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.

Ready-made buns look very nice and can be served as a family tea party and perfectly decorate the festive table.
Bon Appetit!
