Sometimes I want cook a delicious and beautiful breakfast, but how to do it quickly? Try to turn your breakfast into something unusual with the help of my recipe, which I want to show you today - it's "Muffins with ham, cheese and corn."

Muffins turn out delicious and beautiful, they will certainly decorate your breakfast! Also you can prepare muffins as a snack for a festive table, and surprise your guests.

Recipe

Ingredients:

Flour - 200 g

Oat flakes - 50 g

Baking Powder - 1 tsp.

Salt - 1 tsp.

Milk - 250 ml

Eggs - 2 pcs.

Hard cheese - 50 grams

Canned corn - 140 g

Ham - 100 g

Olive oil - 1 tbsp.

Cooking method:

Flour, oat flakes and baking powder, mix in a bowl. With a mixer or in a hand knead dough. It must be sufficiently liquid. Grate the cheese on the grater. Then corn, cheese and ham, add to the batter and mix until smooth. In the form for muffins put paper forms.

In each mold put 2 tablespoons of dough. Bake for 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees until cooked.

Finished muffins should be extracted from the oven and allowed to cool slightly. Then you can start breakfast!
