Yet again avoiding bread for lunch!
I made these cookies last week. I didn't want bread for lunch and figured I could make healthy oatmeal cookies instead. I went online, looked up the basic ingredients (oats, banana) and measurements and went to work. I added some extra ingredients and, ofcourse, I needed (dark) chocolate.
The chocolate wasn't a big success. Honestly, I just didn't heat it up enough and I had way too much, resulting in this big blob of chocolate on top of the cookies. I was going for stripes...
The cookies were okay, but it's not perfect yet. I will share a recipe once I'm fully satisfied with it!
