Ingredients
- 300 gr of flour
- 1 tsp fermipan
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 150 ml of liquid milk
- 50ml olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- Sufficient sesame
- Adequate Black Seed. (I do not use)
Steps
Prepare a bowl of better, pouring flour, fermipan, sugar, liquid milk, olive oil, salt mix well, until not sticky in the bowl.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap / napkin.
Let stand for 1 hour or until fluffy.
Deflated the dough, and move into the table roll, sprinkle with enough flour, milled and dough for dough.
Flatten.
Press the dough using your fingers to create a brittle shape.
Brush with egg yolks.
Sprinkle with sesame and Black Seed, let stand 20 minutes.
Oven with temperature 200° c for 30 minutes for brown surface.
Serve.
