Today we prepare for long-term storage delicious mushrooms.

Ingredients:
- 2 kg of fresh mushrooms
- 2 teaspoons sugar;
- 1 teaspoon citric acid;
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 5 pieces carnations;
- 5 pieces of black pepper peas;
- 5 pieces of allspice peas;
- 2 bay leaves;
- 1 onion
- 50 ml of 9% vinegar.
1. Mushrooms sort, discard spoiled and wormy (if available)
2. Rinse them several times under running water
3. If mushrooms are large, cut into slices. Small mushrooms leave entire.
4. Add the citric acid in a bowl of water and mushrooms and leave for 5 minutes.
5. Then again wash, pour new water until they begin to float.
6. Put on the fire, remove the foam after boiling, cook for 30-40 minutes.
7. Add the to the fungi salt, sugar and vinegar one by one, cook an additional 20 minutes.
8. Spices, bay leaf and chopped onions to put directly into banks.
9. Put the mushrooms in sterilized jars, pour the hot marinade, close the lid.
10. Put in a dark and cool place for storage.
