INGREDIENTS
- Milk - 1 liter
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
- Flour - 500g
- Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1.5 tablespoons
- Salt - 0.5 tsp
1. Whipp the eggs and sugar in a large bowl.
2. Half of milk to warm , salt, and mix thoroughly with whipped eggs and sugar.
3. Gradually add flour, stirring constantly, so there was no lumps.
4. Add a little baking soda, salt and oil and mix.
5. Add remaining milk and whip. The dough should be as liquid.
6. Preheat the pan. Fry the pancake on both sides until golden brown.
