Today I want to share recipe with you : cassava leaves, long beans with coconut milk (Aceh : pelumak oen ubi ngen boh retek)

This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious

You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook

Ingredients

the main ingredient :

  • 1 bunch of cassava leaves
  • 150 grams of long beans
  • 1/2 liters coconut mil
  • 1 piece of lemongrass
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • Flavoring to taste

Ingredients are sliced :

  • 1 cloves Shallot
  • 1 cloves garlic
  • 1 tomato

Ingredients are mashed :

  • 15 pieces cayenne pepper
  • 7 red chili
  • 2 cloves Shallot

How to cultivate it:

  • clean the cassava leaves boiled briefly

  • clean the long beans then cut as desired, then rinse with clean

  • Set skillet

  • enter cassava leaves and long beans

  • enter Ingredients are mashed

  • enter coconut milk
