Today I want to share recipe with you : chicken, lemongrass with coconut milk  (Aceh : manok rendang)

This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious

You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook.

Ingredients 

the main ingredient :

  • 400 grams of chicken
  • 1 liter of coconut milk (thick)
  • 7 Kaffir leaf
  • 1 piece of lemongrass  (Cut into pieces)
  • 1 Screwpine Leaf (Cut into pieces)
  • 50 gram cooking oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • Flavoring to taste

Ingredients are mashed :

  • 15 red chili
  • 3 cloves Shallot
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 cm galangal
  • 1/4 nutmeg
  • 1 candlenut

ingredients are sliced :

  • 1 cloves Shallot
  • 1 cloves garlic

How to cultivate it:

  • cleaning  chicken, then cut according to taste and rinse thoroughly
  • Set skillet
  • heat the oil
  • stir-fry until fragrant slices of material
  • enter Kaffir leaf, lemongrass and screwpine Leaf
  • wait minute while stirring
  • enter Ingredients are mashed

  • wait minute while stirring
  • enter chicken
  • wait minute while stirring
  • enter coconut milk
  • Add salt and flavorings to taste
  • cooked until dry
