Today I want to share recipe with you : sweet potato, corn with coconut milk (Aceh : boh kupila, jagong ngen santan)
This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious
You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook.
Ingredients :
- 200 grams sweet potato
- 1 corn
- 1/2 liters coconut milk
- 1/4 liters water
- 100 grams sugar
- 2 Screwpine Leaf (puree and grab juice)
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
How to cultivate it:
- clean sweet potato, then cut as desired
- comb corn with use knife
- Set skillet
- enter water
- enter sweet potato and enter corn
- cooked 10 minutes
- enter coconut milk
- enter juice Screwpine Leaf
- add salt
- enter sugar
