Today I want to share recipe with you : fish tuna with cayenne pepper (Aceh : engket sure ngen capli cina)

This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious

You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook

Ingredients 

the main ingredient :

  • 500 grams fish tuna
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce sweet
  • 50 gram cooking oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • Flavoring to taste

Ingredients are mashed :

  • 35 cayenne pepper
  • 3 cloves Shallot
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 nutmeg
  • 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 tomato

How to cultivate it:

  • Cleaning fish,
  • then cut according to taste and rinse thoroughly
  • enter lemon juice
  • add salt
  • fry until cooked

How to make sauce :

  • Set skillet
  • heat the oil
  • enter materials are mashed

  • wait a minute while stirring

  • cooked 3  minutes, while stirring stir
