Ingredients

the main ingredient :

  • 400 grams fish
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • Flavoring to taste

ingredients are sliced :

  • 1 cloves Shallot
  • 1 cloves garlic

Ingredients are mashed :

  • 20 red chili
  • 4 cloves Shallot
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tomato

How to cultivate it:

  • Cleaning fish and rinse thoroughly

how to make a sauce :

  • Set skillet
  • heat the oil
