Ingredients :

the main ingredient

  • 1 kg jengkol
  • 1 coconuts
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • Flavoring to taste

Ingredients are mashed

  • 20 red chili
  • 5 spring onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder

  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 piece of lemongrass

  • 3 lime leaves
  • 1 cm galangal

How to cultivate it:

  • peeled jengkol, then rinse thoroughly.
  • boiled jengkol 10-15 minutes
  • Squeezed coconut with 1 liter of water
  • Set skillet
  • heat the oil

  • enter coconut milk
  • cooked 10-15 minutes (until the coconut milk thickens)
