Ingredients

the main ingredient :

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 75 grams of bean sprouts
  • 30 gram cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • Flavoring to taste

ingredients are sliced :

  • 4 red chili
  • 10 pieces cayenne pepper
  • 3 cloves Shallot
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tomato

How to cultivate it:

  • clean the kale and bean sprouts, then cut as desired, then rinse with clean
  • Set skillet
  • heat the oil
  • stir-fry until fragrant slices of material

  • enter kale and bean sprouts
  • wait a minute while stirring
  • enter water

  • Add salt and flavorings to taste
  • cooked 10  minutes, while stirring stir
