Today I want to share recipe with you : papaya flower, preserved soy beans, shrimp,  with coconut milk (Aceh : bungong putek, tauco, udeng ngen santan)

This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious

You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook

Ingredients

the main ingredient :

  • 250 grams of papaya flower
  • 100 grams shrimp
  • 2 tablespoon preserved soy beans
  • 50 gram cooking oil
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • Flavoring to taste

ingredients are sliced :

  • 12 green chili
  • 2 cloves Shallot
  • 2 cloves garlic

Ingredients are mashed :

  • 20 cayenne pepper
  • 1 candlenut
  • 3 cloves Shallot
  • 5 cloves garlic

How to cultivate it:

  • papaya flower boiled briefly to remove the bitter taste

  • Set skillet
  • heat the oil
  • stir-fry until fragrant slices of material
  • enter materials are mashed

  • wait minute while stirring
  • enter shrimp

  • wait minute while stirring
  • enter preserved soy beans
  • wait minute while stirring
  • enter papaya flower

  • enter coconut milk
  • Add salt and flavorings to taste
  • cooked 20  minutes, while stirring stir
