Today I want to share recipe with you : sauteed kale with temeh (Aceh : Tumis oen rumpun ngen tempe)
This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious
you want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook.
Ingredients
the main ingredient :
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 tempeh
- 1 tomato
- 4 red chilli
- 30 gram cooking oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 tablespoon salt
- Flavoring to taste
ingredients are sliced :
- 2 cloves Shallot
- 2 cloves garlic
How to cultivate it:
- clean up all the ingredients, cut as desired and wash thoroughly
- Set skillet
- heat the oil
- stir-fry until fragrant slices of material
- enter tempeh
- wait a minute while stirring
- enter red chili and tomato
- wait a minute while stirring
- enter kale
- enter water
- Add salt and flavorings to taste
- cooked 10 minutes, while stirring stir
