Today I want to share a recipe with you : sauteed spinach with rice  (Aceh : bayam tumeh ngen bu puteh)

This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious

you want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook.

Ingredients

the main ingredient :

  • 1 bunch of spinach
  • 30 gram cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • Flavoring to taste

ingredients are sliced :

  • 5 red chili
  • 15 pieces cayenne pepper
  • 3 cloves Shallot
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tomato

How to cultivate it:

  • clean the spinach, then cut as desired, then rinse with clean
  • Set skillet
  • heat the oil
  • stir-fry until fragrant slices of material
  • enter spinach

  • wait a minute while stirring
  • Add salt and flavorings to taste

  • enter water
  • cooked 10  minutes, while stirring stir

  • Finished

  • to make it more perfect, when we enjoy it, we must use the rice.
