Today I want to share recipe with you : shrimp, tofu with preserved soy beans (Aceh : udeng ngen tahu tauco)

This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious

You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook

Ingredients

the main ingredient :

  • 150 shrimp
  • 100 grams tofu
  • 100 grams flower tofu
  • 15 green chili
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 tablespoon preserved soy beans
  • 30 gram cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tablespoon salt
  • Flavoring to taste

ingredients are sliced :

  • 1 cloves Shallot
  • 1 cloves garlic
  • 1 cm galangal
  • 1 lemongrass

Ingredients are mashed :

  • 20 cayenne pepper
  • 1 candlenut
  • 3 cloves Shallot
  • 2 cloves garlic

How to cultivate it:

  • Cleaning shrimp and rinse thoroughly
  • Fried tofu for a while then cut

how to make sauce :

  • Set skillet
  • heat the oil
  • stir-fry until fragrant slices of material

  • enter green chili

  • wait minute while stirring
  • enter materials are mashed

  • wait minute while stirring
  • enter shrimp

  • wait minute while stirring
  • enter tomato

  • wait minute while stirring
  • enter tofu

  • enter flower tofu

  • enter water

  • enter preserved soy beans
