Today I want to share recipe with you : tempeh, anchovies with tomato (Aceh : tempe, kareng sambalado)

This food looks simple, but it feels very delicious

You want to try it, Here are the ingredients and how to cook.

Ingredients 

the main ingredient :

  • 200 grams anchovies
  • 1 tempeh
  • 30 gram cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • Flavoring to taste

ingredients are sliced :

  • 1 cloves Shallot
  • 1 cloves garlic

Ingredients are mashed :

  • 10 red chili
  • 15 cayenne pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 cloves Shallot
  • 2 cloves garlic

How to cultivate it:

  • steal anchovies, fried briefly
  • cut tempeh as desired and then fry briefly

How to make sauce :

  • Set skillet
  • heat the oil
  • stir-fry until fragrant slices of material
  • enter materials are mashed

  • enter sugar

  • Add salt and flavorings to taste
  • cooked 10  minutes, while stirring stir

  • enter anchovies and tempeh which are already fried
  • cooked 3  minutes, while stirring stir
