Ingredients

the main ingredient :

  • 350 grams of young jackfruit
  • 2 tablespoon preserved soy beans
  • 50 gram cooking oil
  • 1/2 liters coconut milk
  • 1/4 tablespoon salt
  • Flavoring to taste

ingredients are sliced :

  • 12 green chili
  • 2 cloves Shallot
  • 1 cloves garlic
  • 1 tomato

Ingredients are mashed :

  • 20 cayenne pepper
  • 1 candlenut
  • 3 cloves Shallot
  • 4 cloves garlic

How to cultivate it:

  • clean the young jackfruit, then cut as desired and rinse thoroughly
  • Set skillet
  • heat the oil
  • stir-fry until fragrant slices of material

  • enter materials are mashed

  • wait minute while stirring

  • enter preserved soy beans

  • wait minute while stirring

  • enter young jackfruit

  • enter coconut milk

  • Add salt and flavorings to taste
