"Timphanbalon" Pancake - Coffee Cakes


This cake is called "timphanbalon", often served at many coffee shops in Aceh. Coffee lovers are very often subscribed to this cake, because it feels good, and can accompany the days when drinking coffee. Perhaps there are similarities to the type of this cake in your area, but this is typical timphanbalon, because usually also wrapped in a banana leaf, and stored in the refrigerator.



PREPARE

How to make it very easy, you do not need to buy a lot of ingredients to make a cake like this. You only need to prepare half-coconuts that have been finely shredded, provide 250gram flour bread / flour, one egg fruit, then the latter is a food coloring and sugar. To get the results that I create later, choose green food coloring.



MIX IT!

The first step is to make this cake, put the flour into the mixer, then enter one egg, and finally, pour a little water into it. Please turn on mixer and wait until everything is well mixed and dough.



COLORING

Put a little food coloring that you have prepared earlier, and stir until all the color evenly, behold, if the color is not enough, increase a little more food coloring until you get the best color you want. Use healthy food coloring.


ADDITIONAL

Before we make the roll cake, do not forget to prepare the coconut jam. Take grated coconut before, enter it into the frying pan, turn the stove fire with small size, then enter the sugar into it, it's up to you, if you want more sweet, then enter the lot, if you do not like, please enter just a little. Fry briefly until the ingredients evenly and looks done. Do not get burned!




Put the butter fill coconut on your side, and it's time to preheat the dough, prepare the frying pan with a small size, pour a little cooking oil evenly in the frying pan, and then insert the dough, wait a bit until the bottom dries out, but let the top slightly wet.




FINISHING

Take a strand of dough that has been cooked, place on a plate, then take the fill coconut butter and place on it, roll it out to all of fill covered with strands jam your pancakes.
