
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken shin - 800 grams.
Cranberry - 10 berries.
Soured cream - 2-3 table spoons.
Soya sauce - 1 tsp.
Beer - 0,5 glasses.
Onion - 1 piece.
Garlic.
Salt, pepper - on taste.

COOKING:
To wash up and to crush cranberry.

To add sour cream and soya sauce. To stir.

Slice them garlic and onion and to add them to sour cream.

To add beer and chicken shin.
