Macaroni cakes (Original recipe)

INGREDIENTS:
Chicken - 200 g;
Tomato paste - 3-4 tsp;
Worcestershire sauce - 1-2 tsp;
Oil vegetable - 3-4 tsp;
Macaroni - 70-80г;
Olive oil - 3-4 tsp;
Tuscan grass - 1-2 tsp;
Cheese - 70-100 g;
Salt, pepper - on taste

Slice the chicken. It is possible to use her any part, in given recipe it was used hips fillet.

We put frying pan to average fire, previously lubricating by her small amount of vegetable oil. We add chicken and we fry her during 7-8 minutes. Cooking macaroni 7-8 minutes.

We will return to the chicken. We will need 3-4 tsp of tomato paste, 2 pinches salts and black pepper on taste. If You have, then add 1-2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, if no, it is possible to replace traditional soya. All mix and to cooking 5-6 minutes.

Ready macaroni we pour out to convenient capacity. We add 2 tsp of olive oil, 1-2 tsp of Tuscan grass and some pepper. All mix.

Strew macaroni parmesan. 50-70 will be quite enough. If no parmesan, it is possible to use any other firm cheese. As well all mix carefully.

We'll need some olive oil and form for batch. We oil each form inside olive oil. We will put macaroni to form. In the centre make a small recess. Exactly we there put chicken with sauce and we strew all of this from above by the cheese.

Preheat the oven at 180°C. We put our dish of minutes by 20.

Macaroni cakes are ready! As soon as you will get them from oven it is not necessary to take out at once from forms. Give them to cool down a little and to accept a necessary form. Minutes 10-12 will be quite enough.

When you get fruitcakes from oven, pour by their your favourite sauce or ketchup.
