
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken liver - 500 grams.
Milk - 1 glass.
Onion - 2 pcs.
Grapes - 300 grams.
Orange - 1 piece.
Garlic - 5 pcs.
Olive oil - 2 tsp.

Cooking:
We fill liver with milk and give to stand 1 hour.

Slice the liver and roast it.
Slice the onion and roast it.

We mix fried onion and liver. To fry on a small fire.

Slice the grapes to halves. We add grapes to the liver and mix.
Slice the orange by small slices. And we add too to the liver.

We mix all and we cook 5 minutes.
We do sauce: We mix an olive oil with finely cut garlic.

We give salad and separately sauce.
