I know people who can't live without it, but unfortunately, this product like other milk products are conterfeit very often.
Palm oil, chemical additives, stabilizers, flavor enhancers and other "tasty ingridients" are added to it almost always.
There is even a joke that today there is no cheese in the cheese

That's why I try to cook as much as I can at home.

We need just
- milk
- lemon juice
- 5 min of time

First of all we need to boil the milk.
Then we add lemon juice (for 1 liter of milk - about half a lemon of juice)
The reaction will start immediately!
the milk is curtailed! Just before your eyes!
It must be boiled about 3-4 min more.
- We need to get such clumps of milk protein.
All the rest liquid in the pan is serum.
So the milk is divided into protein - our cheese - and serum under the influence of lemon acid.
- Now we use colendar and gauze to separate brynza clamps from serum.
- Then we tie the gauze to let all liquid go out.
- Now we use press and put our cheese under it (in this case it's just a bottle with water-))
And wait for 2-3 hours.
- It's serum that is left from our cheese.
It can be used in bakery or it's useful just to drink it.
- In 2-3 hours we take our cheese out!
it's ready!
very soft and delicious brynza!
