Spaghetti all'Arrabbiata 🌶️ - Foodblog 1

Hey Steemians!

Today it was a rainy day and I was kinda bored as there wasn't much to do this afternoon. So I went outside to the market to buy some fresh vegetables and came up with the idea of taking some pictures of the cooking process and write my first foodblog about it ;). It's always exciting to try something new out!

Spaghetti all'Arrabbiata 🌶️

Ingredients (8-10 Portions)

  • 10-12 Tomatos
  • 15 - 20 cherry tomatos
  • 2 Onions
  • 5 pcs. Garlic
  • 5-10 pcs Chili (depend on how spicy you like it 🌶️🌶️)
  • 6 Spoons cooking Oil (Don't use olive oil as we cook with high temperature)
  • Salt/Pepper/Oregano (Basil if available)

Step 1

Dice the garlic and chilis in small cubes

Put the garlic & chili in an pot and add the oil (Let it stay in there until you chopped the other ingredients, that gives the oil a good aroma and taste)

Step 2

Dice onions & tomatos (you don't need them dice super fine, as they will get soft after cooking)

cook everything for about 2 minutes and add the tomat's and add around 50 - 100ml water to the pot.

Now you cook everything for about 1 hour (2/5 heat) and make sure to stire the souce up from time to time.

  • Turn the heat to 0 after 1 hour and add basil, oregano, sald & pepper and leave the souce for another 20 minutes on the hotplate (During this time you can cook your spaghetti - boil water, add spaghetti and see on the cover how long it needs to cook)
