Hope you came here driven by desire to upvote the photo and not for a nutritionist advice, because not, I am not qualified to suggest any dietary direction.

None the less... I am vegetarian with tendencies to veganism and I survive on the stuff. On leasure days I make magic potion by drowning the fruit in fresh-and-cooled green tea, honey, unicorn breath and then I shred it all with a blender.
