SOUND (5-minute Freewrite)

Shivers crawled over her skin. Electric fire shot through her veins. His embrace soothed her as it crushed the breath from her lungs.

'We have to surface soon,' she thought. 'His lungs will give out. He needs to breath! God knows I have to feel air fill my lungs soon.' The tension of the moment sent another quake of spasms through her taunt muscles.

'Relax,' he thought to her. 'A moment more, my love.'

She eased and arched her back in response to his folding forward. Her spine felt as if it would snap. Yet, she continued to bend and flex beyond herself.

The sound of waterfall curtains crashing into blue crystal lagoon filled her ears. Pounded against her brain. Thrummed her deepest desires with pulses he matched.

And for a moment they were one.

They surfaced together. Towel dried. Kissed.

She removed her headset and flash dropped back into the litter filled, smoke stained trailer she called home.
