House Party!
Her family loved to party, so much so that it almost made her sick. She loved watching her cousins, aunts, uncles, parents, and grandparents dancing in their basement. It was a semi weekly if not weekly event.
It was a way to blow off steem, so it was only natural that as she grew up she loved to dance too.
The club was a place to let go and her girls were always alongside her as she danced to the music night after night.
One of these nights she was dancing on the top floor of the World Trade Center ... Windows of the World. Through the windows you could see forever. There was nothing a person could not do in their life if they danced there.
Most of the men asked her to dance that night, it was Ballroom dancing and the Rhumba was on. Mark was his name.
"Hey gorgeous, care to dance?"
"Sure, why not?" She never said no.
As they danced they looked into each other's eyes and knew that they were on top of the world. In New York City, the energy was vibrant with life. You could feel it to the core of your soul.
The heat from the dance made dewey drops of sweat trickle down the back, but both kept dancing.
"Would you like to stop dancing?" Mark asked.
"Never."
