I don't know why I never came around to it. I have thought about it, but because there was no call to action, I just let everything else take precedence.

A couple of years back, a cave in the city called Batu Caves which is very famous for the Hindu Temple in it where Thaipusam is celebrated every year in a grand way, attracting a million over to the site, was being upgraded.
Now, there are 272 steps leading up to the cave. So what they did was, for every person who came to visit the temple, they'd give them an option of carrying a brick or two to the top. This allowed the visitors to be part of the upgrade.
This brings me to the @FreeWriteHouse, Just in case you didn't know already, custodian of the house @mariannewest who laid the foundation so many moons ago, had a chat with @improv and they decided it was time to grow it. Add the bricks, plant the trees, grow the flowers... make a home - for the FreeWriters who visit. Some, everyday, some not as often. But there's always someone or sometwo or more.. dropping in with some words.
For the benefit of those who are in the dark, unsure of my gibberish. @mariannewest is custodian of the prompts. Here is the original post. Marianne has dropped a prompt every single day since and on Saturdays she drops 3 prompts back to back for those who dare a challenge.
Then she decided she'd build the @FreeWriteHouse along with some FreeWriters who had volunteered. But as life would have it, not everybody could commit everyday, and because she was custodian, she tried her best to keep it going through thick and thin. She even gathered a band of Encouragers to read the FreeWrites shared under the Prompt's Post.
And right now, the house is growing bigger as have the number of FreeWriters.
FreeWriters and non, answered the call by buying SBIs. But this was only the beginning of what looks like a party ready for the fireworks. I wouldn't do it justice explaining in a 5 minute freewrite so here's the latest update.
Nothing like a call-to-action. The prompt said Delegation and I finally did it. It isn't much, but it is a start ;).
One brick, that's all each of us need to do and then turn up for the party. You will have to bring your own party hats though because the host is busy planning bigger party favours. Oh and I will bring the cupcakes🥳
