My story today is a how to make Grandma Bullard's, meat and no gravy stew.
First you saute the cubed beef in butter and then throw it in a huge pot with your favorite vegetables and some chicken broth.
Add some beef bullion and red wine and a few garlic cloves.
If you have some frozen thyme, oregano, and bay leaves add that now, or use fresh herbs.
Now cover, and let simmer for 5 hours.
