It is a pleasure to be here and today like every Monday, thanking @lenasveganliving for their wonderful initiative with the label #FruitsAndVeggiesMonday and especially with a new label #makeit healthy today in my weekly delivery, today in week #33, I bring you pasta based on corn, with tomato sauce and mushrooms. Have a happy week.
Ingredients:
*Corn-based paste.
*Fresh mushrooms.
*Ripe tomatoes.
*Garlic.
*Corn oil.
*Salt to taste.
*Basil leaves.


Preparation:
Boil the fresh tomatoes in a pot with water and salt, in a separate frying pan place a few drops of corn oil put the garlic previously chopped with the mushrooms and salt to taste, once the tomatoes are soft, Put them in the blender and pour them into the frying pan with the mushrooms, wait until the sauce dries, put some dried basil leaves on it and ready, while the pasta is already boiled. Combine it with the corn paste and taste it!
