Fortnite Tweeted on March 12th 2018 that they will be introducing Remote Explosives to the game! Players will be able set explosives and detonate them like C4. Its going to be exciting to see what strategies players come up with with these new explosives!
Unfortunately, the Jetpack has been delayed. Recently senior designer Eric Williamson said in a developer update that Epic ran into some issues when playtesting it internally, which led to the delay. So it looks like we'll be seeing the Remote Explosives before we get the Legendary Jetpack.
