My Little Garden

I've always been fascinated by plants and ways in which they grow, how do seeds that look the same grow into completely different shapes and sizes. I prefer growing useful plants, such as plants for cooking or teas. I do like cacti and and aloe vera shaped plants since they look really cool (and I had a few as a kid that I took care of for a very long time). I keep my plants on a window sill since I live in an apartment on the fourth floor.

Plants are in some way like pets. I prefer plants since they don't need as much attention, they grow if you treat them well and change depending on their stage of growth.

I prefer not to keep track of how long I've been growing my plants since it's like a zen experience where time is irrelevant and they're wonderful in whatever state they are in.

Currently I have a some growing roses, melissa plant I got from my aunt, a bunch of dill I threw everywhere(I love dill soup and it smells great), aloe vera that grew quite a bit since I bought It(another small one grew on the side, not sure if I can replant it. comments pls), and a thyme plant that I bought recently(amazing tea). I also love mint but they usually don't survive long at my place. Wormwood is great, I even had a subspecies that smells like coca cola (sweet tea).

I love learning things on my own but if anyone has any general tips, please tell :)

Thanks for checking post out, finally some pictures :D (dill is in every pic but there's another pot I didn't like a picture of so I left it out)

I love the way thyme looks, it's like a tiny bush.

Melissa growing wherever it wants.

The rose actually started opening up today, looks like the petals are going to be white. I'll post another pic later <3 It's a midget rose breed, I got inspired by @plushzilla to grow these, going to make some origami cranes from the petals some day :)
