the googliest award on the blockchain.
We're coming into the 4th week at 0% SBD print-rate and I still haven't come up with a good solution to adapt the prize-pool to work without liquid steem-dollars. Right now 100% of all winner-announcement-rewards are going directly into the googly delegation pool.
Throughout the past issues we have drained the googly-piggy-bank to keep issuing some liquid SBD-prizes, but as the situation continues, we'll have to switch over to using the liquid STEEM rewards to fund the cash-prizes to our winners. I think it might be a nice idea to pay out liquid STEEM through sponsoring @steembasicincome shares for our winners. This way the winners and the @googlyeyes account would gain a long term upvote subscription, a lasting prize for the winners with the positive side effect, that @sbi upvotes will also continue to contribute to the prize-pool itself in the future... please let me know what you think about that in the comments!
I don't have much experience with this @sbi thing, but I'd like to give it a try... now I don't want to mess with the googly-community-funding just to try something... so, for today, I'll just put up 2SBD and 3STEEM from my own (fraenk's) wallet to fund 3 sbi-shares as well as a small cash-prize for today's winners while we also still keep 100% of the post-rewards powering up the delegation pool.
