You may think that this post should be December. I used to think that I had to wait till December to put up my Christmas decorations. Not any more. I have decided that I enjoy the Christmas season and my decorations too much to limit my enjoyment.
Mary, Joseph, and baby Jesus, Made of Olive wood from my trip to Jerusalem in 2010
This morning as I put up the decorations I took a few photos with the lights. That is my favorite part...sitting in front of the Christmas tree and enjoying the lights!
Nativity I inherited from my parents
For years I have enjoy a lazy Saturday in which I take my time putting up the Christmas decorations. I collect ornaments from the places I visit. So it makes it extra fun to put them up and remember the trips and the people in my life.
This year was a extra sentimental. As I unpacked the Christmas decorations I remembered I had inherited many from my parents. Including this Nativity, Santas, their stockings, ornaments I had given them in years past. Things that brought back so many memories of great holidays spent with my family.
I also played a Micheal Buble Christmas playlist... cause my mom loved him!

Close up view, love this view!
Happy November!
