I have chosen "spent and tired" as the weekend free write prompt. I will be sending all liquid payout from this post to @teamaustralia to contribute to the #hayrunners fundraising project.

Spent and tired is how I imagine many of our farmers around Australia are feeling right now. The drought has been ongoing for ages, and many are struggling to feed their animals and keep their farms running. There has been some rain today where I live, but not enough where it is needed.
Fundraising is something that the STEEM community can do, and #teamaustralia is currently raising money to sponsor a truck in the next Hay Run in January next year. For those that don't know, these Hayruns are organised by farming community's in areas that are not struggling, to support the farmers in other areas in drought. It's a great practical way, and really is the Aussie spirit in action.
Vote for this post, all liquid payout will go to the fundraising effort. we are trying to raise $2,500 worth of STEEM to sponsor a truck (With a nice STEEMIT banner hanging off the side). Any direct donations can be made to @teamaustralia (with a Hayrunners memo). The other way to help, and maybe win a cool STEEM Silver Round is to enter @bmj's raffle currently running.
