50 hours complete - Time to eat! - A break in my First Ever Fasting!

Well, I can say it was at first very intense, but wow am in now into this for the long term.

I decided to go get food for tomorrow and had planed to by a food blender to make some shakes for tomorrow, but the shops were shut as its a holiday here. Instead I grabbed some rice and veggys from a Chinese restaurant and went home. Even the smell of it was so nice I had to take some mouthfuls whilst walking back. It seemed that I wasnt lacking energy or feeling bad at all whilst walking to the shops, and actually on the way back I realised I was walking at a faster pace than usual, an also my gate and posture had changed to a more upright walking style.

So after a 48 hour fast, which didnt actually seem that long, this is what I ate!


I think I will do another 48 hours and not eat anything apart from fats, as my body has none and my muscular physic is not so muscular due to not eating so much last month or two, band also again I have done no actual physical work the last 12 months so which of course will make a body loose its muscles.

I will go buy things tomorrow, honey as suggested by Digitree for tea, and avocados and butter as my food for a few days. So lets say I will do a water and tea orientated fasting. I would really like to clear out my bowels so there's nothing left to leave, and yesterday I drank 250ml of organic beetroot juice, something I enjoy to drink quite often actually, and this evening it had digested through my stool as for the lovely pink colour also in my urine since last night (24hours ago)
So I guess my stomach hasnt got much left to excrete, just the rice and veggys now!

This is definitely the beginning of something spectacular, so stay tuned for more updates on my experiences!
