What does the little thunderbolt mean in esteem?

Hi, guys! I'm new to seemit and even newer to esteem, downloaded it today! I was curious about this little thunderbolt symbol next to my name. It has a number too. Anyone know? I tried searching and visiting the FAQ but I didnt find anything. Thanks!
