ZAPFIC - tell me a tale in 240 characters or less Writing Contest - Week 91
May, 2019. My A1C level: 288. For Diabetes, that's critical.
My goal: cut that number in half by year-end.
I reached a milestone, as my A1C level on 12/31 was 142.
1/1/20 is the next phase.
I must continue this journey in order to live.
