As a culinary lover, I really like Satay. The beef, which is cut into cubes, is then stuck using a stick made of bamboo, then grilled over coals.
Every province in Indonesia has a variety of Satay as culinary, which is famous in almost every city, maybe Satay Padang. However, there is also Satay which is a characteristic of an area.
