Hoy te voy a ense帽ar hacer helados con pocos ingredientes, econ贸mico y muy sabroso...
Como se que estas impaciente por saber mi receta, agarra lapiz y papel o m谩s facil a煤n, toma un capture de tu celular, porque vamos hacer un helado de guanabana
Necesitas:
- 5-6 cambures grandes
- 1/2 tasa de azucar
- Pulpa de guanabana
- 1 vaso de leche (lo haces con 4-5 cucharadas soperas de leche en polvo completa y 200ml de agua para que quede concentrado)
- 1 lim贸n
- Lluvia de colores, mani o chocolate (Opcional)
- Sirop de tu preferencia (Opcional)
Instrumentos
- Un envase de pl谩stico con tapa para conservar el helado
- Cuchillo para cortar el cambur
- Cuchara para helados o cuchara de metal
- Cuchara de madera
- Copas de helado
Procedimiento:
1.- Pica en rodajas delgadas el cambur, lo vas a colocar en el envase de pl谩stico y lo llevas al congelador (Mu茅velo cada cierto tiempo hasta que se congele). Paralelo a esto, haz el jugo de guanabana y cuelalo bien.

You need:
- 5-6 large cambures
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- Guanabana pulp
- 1 glass of milk (you do it with 4-5 tablespoons of powdered whole milk and 200ml of water to make it concentrated)
- 1 lemon
- Colorful rain, peanuts or chocolate (Optional)
- Sirop of your preference (Optional)
Instruments
- A plastic container with a lid to preserve the ice cream
- Knife to cut the cambur
- Ice cream scoop or metal spoon
- Wooden spoon
- Ice cream cups
Procedure
1.- Chop the cambur into thin slices, place it in the plastic container and take it to the freezer (move it every few months until it freezes). At the same time make the soursop juice and strain it well

3.- After you have the mixture, pour it into the plastic container and take it to the freezer, every 2 or 3 hours, stir it with the wooden palette, until the mixture freezes.

4.- After it freezes, remove the ice cream from the container with an ice cream spoon or a metallic spoon, which you previously submerged in water, so that you can easily remove the ice cream.

5.- Serve the ice cream in a glass or in the container of your preference, put colored rains, peanuts or chocolate or any syrup you have.
