Hi everyone
My greetings to you
Hope you are doing well
Have you ever feel the urge to eat something crunchy, tangy and spicy but you don't want to cook at all......,, then this receipe is for you only.😊
So Today I present to you my favourite street snack - Bhel Puri
Bhel puri is a famous snack of Mumbai and sometimes it is also referred as Beach snack, if ever you visit Mumbai beaches you will find stalls of Bhelpuri here and there. Actually now all over India you may find Bhel Puri anywhere., it is so yummy and spicy that anyone will go for it. It's is also a very good option for the ones who are on dieting, as it is a very less calorie food.
Bhel puri is basically a chaat, mainly made of puffed rice mixed with veggeis, a few spices and chutneys to add the savoury flavour to it.
Basically there are two types of Bhel puri
First one is dry Bhel puri (without chutneys)
Second one is wet bhel puri( chutneys are mixed in this version so making it a little wet)
Today I am going to share the recipe of Bhel Puri without chutney, someday else I will share the other version., with all the chutneys in detail 😄
Without further delay, Let us get to the list of ingredients
Bhel Puri mixture (A mixture of Puffed rice, Sev, Peanuts etc)
Two medium sized onions
Two medium size tomatoes
Two green chillies
Few drops of lime juice
A pinch of Red chilly powder
A pinch of Black salt

Let's start making it
First of all put Bhelpuri mixture in a big bowl.
Add finely chopped onions, tomatoes and green chillies to the mixture.
Add the spices to the mixture and mix it well
