
Last night I made fried ginger for dinner and a salad to eat with bulgur too. My family like to eat this food but Srey-Yuu (@kidsisters) likes it the most, she likes ginger in all food.
This is an Ital recipe, so vegan and vegetarian people can enjoy, and is for Hive Top Chef | Ginger, by @Qurator. I hope you all enjoyed this recipe. This is a very easy to make eat, but in Cambodia this is fried with chicken, fish, beef, or pork too..

Ingredients
- 5 black mushrooms
- 1 cup soy chunks (rehydrated)
- 50g ginger or as you like
- 3 green onions
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp brown sugar or taste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Soak black mushrooms until soft and wash them.

Chop garlic and cut mushrooms, green onions and ginger very small.
Step 1Heat coconut oil and fry ginger until brown or as you like, and put it in a dish. | ![]() |

Step 2Then fry garlic until aromatic, add mushrooms and fry it a little. | ![]() |
Step 3Then put soy chunks, fry it and put salt, sugar, soy sauce, fry it a few minutes.After put ginger, fry it and add green onions, fry little bit more and it's ready. | ![]() |
Some people, they fried ginger not brown like me because they are like spicy more but for me I like to eat like this because itβs not more spicy from ginger, I can eat more and my two daughters the same. Have a nice day π.
