¡Ya es mitad de semana estimados amigos!. Para el día de hoy realicé otra de las recetas que me fascinan con mango de ingrediente principal. El mango es la fruta de temporada en mi país, una fruta muy sabrosa y con muchas propiedades; a mi me encantan las ensaladas y como no aprovechar este manjar, preparando esta receta de "Ensalada de Mango", una explosión de sabores combinada con los otros ingredientes agregados y que mezclados dan esa sabor único e inigualable. - 1 mango, 1 tomate, 1 cebolla morada, 1 cucharadita de mostaza, 1 cucharadita de mayonesa, 1 cucharada de aceite, 2 ramita de cilantro y sal al gusto.

- 1 mango, 1 tomato, 1 red onion, 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 teaspoon mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon oil, 2 sprig of coriander and salt to taste.
