

Dear friends, greetings to all! Today I present this other way of eating pasta, very healthy and tasty for any occasion. Spaghetti can be eaten with everything, preparing a sauce makes it special and if it is with vegetables and vegetables they fall very light; this time I made them with watercress, I prepared this very tasty and nutritious sauce, similary to pesto but with watercress. INGREDIENTES:🌿🥕🧀🌶🧅🧄🧂
- 200 grs de berro, queso (de su preferencia), 200 grs de espaguetis, ajo en polvo, 1 cebolla, cebollín, 2 ajíes dulces, 2 zanahorias, 1 cucharada de leche, sal al gusto, aceite.
INGREDIENTS:
- 200 grams of watercress, cheese (of your preference), 200 grams of spaghetti, garlic powder, 1 onion, chives, 2 sweet peppers, 2 carrots, 1 tablespoon of milk, salt to taste, oil.


PREPARACIÓN / PASOS:🍝
- Cortamos finamente la cebolla, cebollín y ajíes y rallamos la zanahoria.
PREPARATION / STEPS:
- Finely chop the onion, chives and sweet peppers and grate the carrot.

- Cortamos el berro y reservamos.
- Cut the watercress and reserve.

- En el caldero añadimos un poco de aceite, calentamos por 1 minuto a fuego alto y agregamos la zanahoria, ajíes, cebolla y cebollín.

- Agregamos el ajo en polvo y la sal al gusto.

- Rallamos el queso de su preferencia.

- Agregamos el queso rallado al caldero, mezclamos, tapamos y sofreímos por 5 minutos a fuego alto.

- Corregimos el punto de la sal y apagamos.

- Cocinamos los espaguetis que queden al dente y colamos.

- Agregamos el berro en los espaguetis.

- Mezclamos los espaguetis con el berro para que absorban el sabor.

- Añadimos la salsa y mezclamos todo nuevamente y listo.
