For today I made a quick, easy and very tasty lunch, with few ingredients but with a very delicious flavor, I used the oven to make this "Pepper Stuffed with Egg", in a few minutes it is done and the best is healthy for our food. INGREDIENTES / INGREDIENTS馃馃嵕馃尪馃尶
- 1 Piment贸n grande, 2 huevos, 1 aj铆 dulce, ajo en polvo, or茅gano en polvo, 1 ramita de cilantro, sal al gusto, aceite.
- 1 large pepper, 2 eggs, 1 sweet pepper, garlic powder, oregano powder, 1 sprig of coriander, salt to taste, oil.


PREPARACI脫N / PREPARATION馃崪
- Lavamos y cortamos a la mitad el piment贸n.
- We wash and cut the pepper in half.

- Preparamos el ajo en polvo, sal al gusto y el or茅gano para agregarlos al piment贸n.
- We prepare the garlic powder salt to tasty and oregano to add them to the pepper.

- Condimentamos el piment贸n con el ajo en polvo y el or茅gano y a帽adimos un poquito de aceite.
- Season the pepper with garlic powder and or茅gano and add a little oil.

- A帽adimos cada huevo en cada mitad del piment贸n.
- We add each egg in each half of the pepper.

- En la bandeja colocamos papel de cera, colocamos el piment贸n ya listo para hornear.

- Encendemos el horno y colocamos a 120掳C, metemos el piment贸n a hornear por 10 minutos.
- We turn on the oven and place at 250掳F, we put the pepper to bake for 10 minutes.

- Cortamos finamente un poco de cilantro.
- We finely chop a little coriander.

- Retiramos del horno el piment贸n y agregamos el cilantro por encima.
- Remove the pepper from the oven and add the coriander on top.
