Hello my dear Hivers today June 23 is a very special day for me first of all this is my first publication in this community and secondly today is the birthday of one of the greatest visionaries of the twentieth century.
Alan Turing is the name of the creator of the first theoretical model of artificial intelligence in addition to developing a test that proves the existence of intelligence in software. His contributions were essential during the Second World War, his participation was vital to decipher the encrypted naval messages of Nazi Germany.
After the end of World War II Turing created a computer which was one of the first of its kind to be digital and programmable, that is, it could have multiple uses just by changing the program.

Hola mis queridos Hivers hoy 23 de Junio es un d铆a muy especial para m铆 en primer lugar esta es mi primera publicaci贸n en esta comunidad y en segundo lugar hoy se celebra el natalicio de uno de los visionarios m谩s grandes que tuvo el siglo XX.
Alan Turing es el nombre del creador del primer modelo te贸rico de inteligencia artificial adem谩s de desarrollar un test que prueba la existencia de inteligencia en los software. Sus contribuciones fueron esenciales durante la Segunda Guerra Mundial su participaci贸n fue vital para descifrar los mensajes navales encriptados de la Alemania Nazi.
Tras el final de la Segunda Guerra Mundial Turing creo un ordenador el cual fue uno de los primeros en su estilo al ser digital y programable es decir pod铆a tener m煤ltiples usos con solo cambiar el programa.
Computers were born out of the need to do mathematical calculations and were used for specific purposes, i.e. they were limited to a particular function. Alan thought that a computer was capable enough to solve any problem as long as that particular problem could be translated into mathematical expressions and then reduced to a chain of logical operations with binary numbers, in which only 2 decisions or questions had space: true or false.
Over time the machine created by Alan became obsolete and came many innovations that are constantly updated, he believed that the computers could come to think and impersonate human beings so he created the test that bears his name that is used to distinguish between a person and a computer. This test is still in use today and no one has been able to create something better.
However, at the height of his scientific career in 1952 he was arrested for maintaining homosexual relations, having to decide between going to jail or suffering chemical castration, choosing the latter. Finally he ended up committing suicide on June 7, 1954 by ingesting an apple poisoned with cyanide that years later would become the famous logo of a company we all know today: Apple. However, years later Steve Jobs denied that this was the origin of the logo of his brand.
Los ordenadores nacieron de la necesidad de hacer c谩lculos matem谩ticos y se utilizaban para fines espec铆ficos es decir estaban limitados a una funci贸n en particular. Alan pens贸 que una computadora era lo suficientemente capaz de resolver cualquier problema siempre y cuando que ese determinado problema pudiera ser traducido en expresiones matem谩ticas y luego reducirse a una cadena de operaciones lo虂gicas con n煤meros binarios, en las que so虂lo ten铆an espacio 2 decisiones o preguntas: verdadero o falso.
Con el tiempo la maquina creada por Alan se hizo obsoleta y vinieron muchas innovaciones que se mantienen actualizando constantemente, E虂l cre铆a que los ordenadores podi虂an llegar a pensar y hacerse pasar por seres humanos por lo cual creo el Test que lleva su nombre que se usa para distinguir entre una persona y un ordenador. Todav铆a este test sigue vigente y nadie ha sido capaz de crear algo mejor.
Sin embargo en la cumbre de su carrera cient铆fica en 1952 fue arrestado por mantener relaciones homosexuales, teniendo que decidir el cient铆fico entre ir a la c谩rcel o sufrir la castraci贸n qu铆mica eligiendo la 煤ltima. Finalmente se termin贸 suicidando el 7 de Junio de 1954 ingiriendo una manzana envenenada con cianuro que a帽os despu茅s se convertir铆a en el famoso logo de una compa帽铆a que hoy todos conocemos: Apple. Sin embargo a帽os despu茅s Steve Jobs neg贸 que ese fuera el origen del logotipo de su marca.
The British Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, officially apologized to Alan Turing in 2009 for the way he was treated, due to a public petition signed on the Internet that first sought his pardon. However such a pardon would not become effective until December 2013 year in which the honor of one of the great minds of the last century was finally reestablished, however being homosexual is not and should never have been a crime so, a royal decree was issued by Queen Elizabeth II which set another process in motion: in February 2015 the family of the celebrated scientist asked for a general posthumous pardon for the other almost 50. 000 men convicted in Great Britain for their homosexuality, which was listed as a crime in that country from 1885 to 1967.
On the occasion of the 109th birthday of the mathematician, the Bank of England today issued a new 拢50 bill featuring a portrait of the illustrious father of computer science and artificial intelligence. Honor to whom honor is due and nothing makes me happier that the figure of Alan Turing is vindicated especially in this Gay Pride Month.
El primer ministro brit谩nico Gordon Brown, pidi贸 disculpas de manera oficial a Alan Turing en 2009 por la manera en que fue tratado, debido a una petici贸n publica firmada por internet que en primer lugar buscaba su indulto. Sin embargo dicho indulto no se har铆a efectivo hasta Diciembre de 2013 a帽o en que por fin fue reestablecido el honor de una de las grandes mentes del siglo pasado, sin embargo ser homosexual no es y nunca debi贸 ser sido un delito as铆 que, se dictamin贸 un decreto real por parte de la Reina Isabel II que puso en marcha otro proceso: en febrero de 2015 la familia del c茅lebre cient铆fico pidi贸 el indulto p贸stumo general para los otros casi 50.000 hombres condenados en Gran Breta帽a por su homosexualidad, la cual fue catalogada como un crimen en dicho pa铆s desde 1885 hasta 1967.
Con motivo del natalicio n煤mero 109 del matem谩tico el Banco de Inglaterra ha sacado hoy a circulaci贸n un nuevo billete de 50 Libras en el que aparece un retrato del ilustre padre de la inform谩tica y de la inteligencia artificial. Honor a quien honor merece y nada me hace m谩s feliz de que la figura de Alan Turing sea reivindicada sobretodo en este Mes del Orgullo Gay.
