The mainstream media sometimes like to look at things that matter and show thins that expose some false understandings that pervade. The NYT did so recently with respect to PCR tests. Once again showing how unreliable PCD tests are for evaluating the threat of an illness.
In three sets of testing data that include cycle thresholds, compiled by officials in Massachusetts, New York and Nevada, up to 90 percent of people testing positive carried barely any virus, a review by The Times found.

Isn't that something? But, hey crummy politicians, don't let that stop you from your technocratic agenda to totally reshape society over a bullshit scamdemic.
You need a certain amount of virus for there to be an illness. What's more, is that the test isn't testing for a virus, it's testing for genetic material that's alleged to be a virus we are told to be very very afraid of. The virus has yet to be isolated and proven to cause the illness known as COVID-19. It's all a magic show and belief at the moment.
The NYT continues:
On Thursday, the United States recorded 45,604 new coronavirus cases, according to a database maintained by The Times. If the rates of contagiousness in Massachusetts and New York were to apply nationwide, then perhaps only 4,500 of those people may actually need to isolate and submit to contact tracing.
One solution would be to adjust the cycle threshold used now to decide that a patient is infected. Most tests set the limit at 40, a few at 37. This means that you are positive for the coronavirus if the test process required up to 40 cycles, or 37, to detect the virus.
Tests with thresholds so high may detect not just live virus but also genetic fragments, leftovers from infection that pose no particular risk — akin to finding a hair in a room long after a person has left, Dr. Mina said.
Any test with a cycle threshold above 35 is too sensitive, agreed Juliet Morrison, a virologist at the University of California, Riverside. “I’m shocked that people would think that 40 could represent a positive,” she said.
Well look at that. Saying similar things that other have been for months, yet those others who aren't the mainstream media get called "conspiracy theories" to deny and ignore what is going on in reality.
The tests amplify the amount of genetic material in a sample in order for the test to even pick up anything. It's pumping up the material to a point where it can detect it. Is that amount even causing an illness? Not for most people who are allegedly "infected". Allegedly, because it could likely be a false positive as well.
Dr. Andrew Kaufman was saying this in March. They are amplifying genetic material. Material they claim is the virus, that they claim is causing the illness and that they claim is killing people. All these claims based on genetic material when they don't know if it actually does what they claim it does. Ha.
Keep raising the false alarm for "cases", as if it's a threat. Keep using cases to justify lockdowns, social distancing, masks. surveillance, tracing, tracking, cameras, heat sensors, facial recognition, etc.
