This year has been a boon for the technocratic and security elite. The panic created over the emergence of the novel coronavirus has allowed the security and surveillance paradigm to march forward at an increasing rate.

The propaganda and media fear-hype engendered a response that demanded protection and security. We got what we collectively asked for as the age of biosecurity with biometric security and medical "pre-crime" is being marshaled in, all for our own good of course.

The Age of biosecurity

Since 9/11, the US has fallen over itself in the urge to dominate abroad and at home. It has betrayed foundational principles the country was based on: freedom. As they betray core principles and rights of the individual, they pretend they are fighting for freedom and are being patriotic to America. This is most evident in the so-called Patriot Act and Freedom Act, which are not patriotic or freedom focused. They were all about the opposite: increasing surveillance and national security by spying on Americans and restricting freedoms.

The past 19 years has seen an increase in the military industrial complex and technological elite's grasp on society. With the coronavirus scamdemic, 2020 is the second wave of that push to bring in bisecurity into the mainstream of our everyday lives.

In October 2019, the coronavirus pandemic was "predicted" with the Event 201 simulation, months before the drill went "live". A similar process occurred in 2001 with a simulation on a small pox bioterror attack called Dark Winter which predicted millions of potential deaths in a forthcoming biological attack, calling for millions of vaccines as the US stockpile was not sufficient. Is it just a coincidence that the biosecurity drills or simulations occurred months before a real biosecurity event? Why not years before, or happen to be d years after the "live" events? I guess the biosecurity experts are just lucky that way and plan things just before they actually happen.

Who benefits from these events coming to "life"? Those with their hands in the pockets of the biosecurity industry. There is a profit motive, at the very least in the response to these "threats" no matter how minimal or narrow their actual threat level is. From the 2001 Anthrax scam, to the 2020 coronavirus scamdemic, the same people were involved in the response who profit off the push to make people "safe".

Profiteering from alleged "biothreat"

The biopharmaceutical company BioPort was the lucky winner of government contracts to supply an anthrax vaccine called BioThrax (before the 2001 anthrax attacks). The vaccine turned out to be experimental and never federally approved for the intended use against aerosol anthrax inhalation in a bioweapon or bioterrorist scenario. But it was still used, and eventually "approved" despite not having proven to be effective. The BioPort manufacturing plant that produced the vaccine wasn't even licensed to operate by the FDA but was allowed to operate and be funded by the government.

This was possible thanks to corrupt individuals in the government apparatus, such as former head of the Joints Chiefs of Staff, Adm. William Crowe and former government officials who became lobbyists for their vaccine. As Witney Webb documents, they were awarded the contract yet soon claimed bankruptcy and were bailed out by the government. Even while supplying the vaccine, they were being given government money as BioPort claimed they would go out of business otherwise.

It's a pattern that's worked well for BioPort Corp.: Tell the Pentagon or Congress that it doesn't have the money to keep going, negotiate a new deal, then count the extra cash rolling in.

Pentagon auditors looked at BioPort's books and concluded that millions of dollars were unaccounted for. BioPort didn't even know the cost of making a dose of vaccine, the auditors reported.

It was clear that $1 million had been spent to renovate and furnish offices, as well as $1.28 million more on bonuses for "senior management."

One unnamed former manager got $10,000 a month for as much as 40 months - whether he worked or not, records show.

And $1 million more had been spent on items unrelated to anthrax production, the auditors said.

They concluded that BioPort's request for extra money didn't meet legal requirements.

But Pentagon contract officers, citing "the interests of national security," overruled them and approved a $24.1 million bailout in September 1999.

Pentagon auditors found that much of the money for the vaccine was unaccounted for. And after all this, their contract was renewed due to the 2001 anthrax attacks. Crowe just happened to eventually become a director of BioPort and given 10% of the company stock. A nice thank you.

The untested and apparently harmful vaccine was known at the time, yet pushed forward by government money and given to military personnel. Why would they do this? Is it because people have money to make? You betcha! With the help of government connected lobbyists, they got their contracts for their crap vaccine. With the attacks, they pushed for the government to create stockpiles of this useless vaccine to be given to non-military Americans (postman, police) "if" the anthrax attacks continued. by the way, the vaccine only lasts 3-4 years, and needs to be resupplied to "keep up" the millions of vaccine in the US stockpiles. A nice way to keep making money.

Anthrax attacks

The attacks were first blamed on Fort Detrick scientist Steven Hatfill, who was later vindicated and won a $.6 million settlement. After the got their first suspect wrong, the FBI then blamed another Fort Detrick scientist Bruce Ivins who was an alleged "lonely nut". Ivans was a bit of a loner, but won praise for his work on anthrax. The FBI's impending prosecution on Ivans were reported in the LA Times the Friday before his alleged suicide of Tylenol and codeine on the following Tuesday. His personality made him an ideal scapegoat for fabricating a suspect to prosecute. They had already destroyed his life and career. Did he carry out the attacks and take his life for that reason? Or was he innocent and wanted to escape the torment of years of prosecution from the government and the public that was destined to come as they used his as a scapegoat?

If you look at the Atlanta Olympic bombing and the false accusations against Richard Jewell, you can see how some wouldn't want to endure years of persecution and threats from the public who think someone is guilty merely because the government is taking them to court with accusations they did something. People have committed suicide in 2020 due to the government imposed draconian rules, and they weren't even accused of doing something wrong or being prosecuted by the government or public.

Ivans was officially declared the "lone nut" behind the anthrax attacks 8 days after his suicide on August 6, 2008, and the case closed 2 years later. No direct evidence was ever found to implicate Ivans in the attacks.

A total of 5 people died in the attacks. Years before this anthrax attack, before an anthrax attack existed, the military started receiving anthrax vaccines in 1997. The reason? "To protect against a possible biological attack". The imagined possibility led to the manufacture and use of a vaccine 4 years before anything actually happened. Was this justified prudence, or merely more cash grabbing under the veil of manufacturing the fear of a threat?

Before all of the accusations against Hatfill and Ivans, many government employees stated the attacks were perpetrated by al-Qaeda and supplied by anthrax from Saddam Hussein. Part of the so-called "scientific" community helped push this narrative, as the "Johns Hopkins Center for Civilian Biodefense Strategies argued that the anthrax attackers were linked to Al Qaeda, citing a diagnosis made by a Florida doctor in June 2001 that alleged 9/11 hijacker Ahmed al-Haznawi had a skin lesion that was 'consistent with cutaneous anthrax.'". This narrative helped create the incentive to justify an invasion of Iraq who had nothing to do with the anthrax or 9/11.

The Johns Hopkins research team was actually comprised of two Dark Winter co-authors Tara O’Toole and Thomas Inglesby who met with Dick Cheney in September 2001.

BioPort emerges as Emergent for 2020 COVID "treatment" profiteering

Back in the days of the anthrax attacks, the BioPort contracts were supported by Jerome Hauer who was appointed to a new position at HHS to oversee the biodefense stockpile that BioPort benefited from supplying. Hauer also took part of the Dark Winter predictive simulation.

Hauer also worked for a defense and intelligence contractor called the Scientific Applications International Corporation (SAIC). He was a co-worker with the accused anthrax attacker Stephen Hatfill. Hatfill was developing protocols for handling "anthrax hoax letters" at SAIC which was as scenario in Dark Water and what transpired in the anthrax attacks. One wonders if he was innocent, if the FBI made a mistake or if he was part of the orchestrated plot to create a biothreat with the ensuing response and "solution" of more vaccines to add to the US stockpile. Problem, reaction, solution. Who benefits? Follow the money.

In 2003, civilian contractors sued the Pentagon, HSH and FDA over the mandatory BioThrax vaccine. In the previous year, Government Accountability Office (GAO) findings on the vaccine reported it "caused adverse reactions in most recipients [85%] and helped prompt many Air Force Reserve and Air National Guard members to transfer to other units or leave the military between 1998 and 2000."

BioPort later became Emergent BioSolutions in 2004. Anthrax vaccinations were stopped in 2004 with a judge ruling the mandatory BioThrax vaccination program was illegal. In 2006, the FDA finally approved BioThrax as a treatment for inhaled anthrax. But does it even work, or is this an "approval"? It's wouldn't be the first time the FDA simply stamps something that doesn't work or causes harm.

Emergent lobbyists largely wrote the Project BioShield Act which was passed by congress. Another $5 billion was given to purchase vaccines, with millions of anthrax vaccine to stockpile "in case" of another future attack. Robert Kadlec, another Dark WInter participant, influenced the Project BioShield Act as Homeland Security Council’s Director of Biodefense.

Over the years, Emergent created new vaccines to satisfy government demands for a new anthrax vaccine. One was NuThrax, which was BioThrax combined with an adjuvant. Development of the vaccine secured $127 million from the government via the HHS’ Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), and later another $198 million with a promise to purchase 50 million doses for the biodefense stockpile, valued at $1.6 billion. Cha-ching. NuThrax still isn't approved by the FDA.

With COVID-19, in 2020 Kadlec was "put in charge of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) entire Covid-19 response efforts" as the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR). Emergent has partnered with Novavax and VaxArt in March 2020 to produce a COVID-19 vaccine, backed by the (Gates Foundation funded) Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI). Another Emergent "solution" for COVID-19 is an experimental blood plasma treatment from COVID-19 infected blood. This is being funded by the HHS’ Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA). Kadlec is again helping the proliferation of alleged treatments for another manufactured biosecurity threat.

Millions of dollars have been given to companies to produce a COVID-19 vaccine. Billions will be made with the push to vaccinate the world. We are told there is no back to normal until there is a vaccine, by Gates, the WHO or other talking-heads who don't report on the data of the lack of severity or threat from the novel coronavirus. The vaccine isn't proven safe, yet people can't wait to get it. There is even evidence of harm from these experimental vaccines, yet trials continue. There won't be a back to normal ever, is what I suspect, even after the vaccine. The biosecurity installations in our lives won't simply be reversed after a vaccine. Most of it will be permanent.

With a track record of mandating an experimental vaccine and not caring about it's effectiveness or being concerned with it's safety, the same players are back for round two of the same nonsense. This is an open conspiracy. It's not really a guarded secret that only few are allowed to know about. It's a bunch of people working together to achieve their agenda of making money by taking advantage of a perceive threat.

Whether the threat is real or not doesn't matter in the end for them making money, but it does matter for the justification. Is it justified? From the 5 dead from anthrax, no it wasn't justified then. There was no real bioterror threat as portrayed in Dark Winter for millions to die. Five people died in the anthrax attacks. Just as today, there is no real threat from COVID-19 killing millions. It's all a lie that you can figure out if you go look at the data. But they won't back down from their agenda to push the biosecurity agenda and make millions and billions doing so.
