Soy de los que piensan que no hace falta factores externos para que nosotros tomemos la iniciativa de crecer y desarrollarnos, pienso, creo y practico lo siguiente: *Somos los únicos responsables de escribir nuestro destino*, no hace falta que aparezca un Genio y pretender que el resuelva toda nuestra vida, nuestros problemas y nuestras realidades, soy de los que piensan que nosotros mismos somos y debemos ser ese mismo Genio, debe existir dentro de nosotros esa capacidad de alentarnos a nosotros mismos y darnos la oportunidad de querer ser mejores.

I am one of those who believe that there is no need for external factors for us to take the initiative to grow and develop ourselves, I think, believe and practice the following: *We are the only ones responsible for writing our destiny*, it is not necessary for a Genie to appear and pretend that he will solve all our life, our problems and our realities, I am one of those who think that we ourselves are and must be that same Genie, there must exist within us that capacity to encourage ourselves and give us the opportunity to want to be better.

La reinvención debe ser un hábito como el de lavarnos las manos, cepillarnos los dientes o asearnos, en pocas palabras es nuestra responsabilidad reiniciarlos y comenzar desde 0 las veces que sean necesarias, no creo que el fracaso represente en nuestras todo lo malo, si te asumes una postura de análisis crítico hacia ti mismo te darás cuenta que de los errores y de los fracasos se aprenden bastante, es más ¿qué sería de nosotros sino fracasáramos?, no tendríamos la oportunidad de aprender y asumir desde la humildad el hecho de que somos humanamente imperfectos.

Reinvention should be a habit like washing our hands, brushing our teeth or cleaning ourselves, in short it is our responsibility to reinitiate them and start from 0 as many times as necessary, I do not believe that failure represents in our all that is bad, if you assume a critical analysis posture towards yourself you will realise that from mistakes and failures we learn a lot, what would become of us if we did not fail, we would not have the opportunity to learn and assume from humility the fact that we are humanly imperfect.

No hay fórmulas mágicas ni atajos, soy de los que creen que la única estrategia coherente es seguir en el camino hacia la realización de tus sueños. Todos somos responsables de perseguir nuestros sueños, crecer personalmente y darnos la oportunidad de ser felices, la felicidad es mas que un momento, es una decisión de vida.

There are no magic formulas or shortcuts, I am one of those who believe that the only coherent strategy is to continue on the path towards the realisation of your dreams. We are all responsible for pursuing our dreams, growing personally and giving ourselves the opportunity to be happy, happiness is more than a moment, it is a life decision.
